Q&A part of the "Russia's War on Ukraine: An IGI Series on Global Responsibilities"

Russia, East European, and Eurasian Center (REEEC) is hosting "A Conversation with Terrell Jermaine Starr" on Tuesday, April 19 at 7:30pm. The event will be in the Auditorium of the Campus Instructional Facility (CIF), as well as on Zoom. The event is free and open to the public. Starr earned a master’s degree in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies (REEES) in 2008 and a master’s degree in journalism in 2009 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is an independent journalist who has been reporting from Ukraine since the beginning of the Russian invasion.
