Get Involved with the Midwest Transitional Justice Network
There are many ways to get involved with the MTJN—whether you are a student, scholar, activist, or community member.
Become part of a public database of scholars, institutions, and organizations in the Midwestern U.S. working in areas of transitional justice. Our definition of "Midwest" is rather flexible, so feel free to join even if you think you may be uncertain. Generally, we consider Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin to be within the Midwest. One could also argue parts of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kentucky to be part of the Midwest too. Check out what the network is doing here.
2. Sign up for our mailing list (no commitment to association with the Network)
We send a reasonable amount of emails (perhaps two a month) updating subscribers about the Network. Content could include reminders about our Transitional Justice Speaker Series events, collaborative opportunities, or calls to action.
