Dalhia Lloyd is the associate director of professional learning with Buffett Early Childhood Institute with the University of Nebraska. Her research interest includes racial socialization, implicit bias in early childhood, and sociocultural classroom interactions. As a practitioner, Dalhia has provided coaching and professional development to early childhood professionals.
